Insurance & Billing

Our physicians participate with most local health insurance plans. Please call our office to verify your specific plan's requirements. Your plan may require pre-authorization or a referral to see a specialist. We will file the insurance claim for you. You are responsible for any deductible and co-pay. Co-pays are expected at the time of service.

At this time, we do NOT participate with:

  • CareNet Medicaid

 

  

We will bill your non-participating PPO plan and bill you the balance not paid by your insurance. We will NOT bill your non-participating HMO plan WITHOUT a referral. Patients are responsible for obtaining required referrals.

All charges not covered by a personal health insurance are expected to be paid in full at the time of service.
