Dr. Lorvidhaya Brings Innovative New Treatment to MWHC

Dr. Peem Lorvidhaya has pioneered a new program at Mary Washington Healthcare, using cardioneuroablation to treat patients with vasovagal syncope, sick sinus syndrome, functional AV block, and other types of dysautonomia such as POTS. This new form of treatment began in the US last year, and we are proud to currently have the largest program in the country.

Updates to Our Phone Menu

We are excited to announce, that as a direct result from your survey responses, CAF has made changes to our phone menu!   We believe the new menu will help you get to where you want to go with less wait time.  Starting today here are your menu options.

  • Press 1 for Medical Records regarding requests, questions, or forms completion
  • Press 2 for the Scheduling Department
  • Press 3 to speak to a Nurse regarding medical questions, problems or requests
  • Press 4 for the Billing Department
  • Press 5 for all other callers
  • Press 9 to repeat this menu

Patient Portal Updates

We are pleased to announce our new Medfusion Patient Portal is active. If you are interested in activating your account, and did not receive an invitation please contact us at 540 373 1331 for assistance.

Please Note:  You will still have access to your NextMD Patient Portal, however CAF will no longer receive appointment request, questions or refill requests via the NextMD portal.  You are required to create a new Medfusion account to reach us electronically.  If you did not receive an invitation to join, or have questions please call us!
